Michael believes that results matter and that is why it his goal to ensure that each of his clients recovers the full value of their injuries. To reach this end he dedicates a tremendous amount of time, energy and focus into each case. His hard work, dedication, and commitment has resulted in millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
One of Michael’s many achievements is a 1.2 million dollar Motorcycle Injury Verdict he obtained on behalf of the family of a young man who died in a motorcycle collision. Despite evidence that the young man was driving over tow times the posted speed limit and without a helmet the jury returned an award for Michael’s client and apportioned 100% of the fault to the Defendant driver. With this verdict Michael became one of the youngest lawyers in Illinois to obtain a verdict in excess of one million dollars.
Michael has successfully handled extremely complex cases, including medical malpractice cases involving catastrophically injured infants, teens and adults, wrongful deaths from defective pharmaceutical drugs, medical negligence, auto and trucking accidents, as well as product liability cases involving individuals suffering amputation injuries and traumatic brain injuries.
